Advanced technologies and machinery
Our production department is equipped with the latest generation of CNC machines, automatic lathes and vertical and horizontal machining centres which allow us to manage both small customised series and large volumes quickly and with competitive savings. Every phase of the production cycle, from mechanical processing to finishing, is performed with the utmost attention to detail, ensuring the repeatability of the processes and the constant quality of the product.
Flexibility and customisation
We are able to develop components to the customer’s design or specification, offering fully customised hydraulic solutions. Our technical department actively collaborates with the R&D departments of OEM Customers to optimise functionality, space and performance.
Integrated quality control and testing
Our products undergo in-line and final quality controls, thanks to the use of high-precision instruments such as digital altimeters, profile projectors, CMC measuring machines and durometers. In addition, functional tests, testing and pressure tightness tests are conducted to ensure maximum reliability under actual operating conditions.
Made in Italy production
All our brands, HYDRA Hydraulics Valves®, HYDRA Cetop Solenoid Valves® and HYDRA Heat Exchangers®, are entirely made in Italy, within traceable and validated production processes. Quality
Quality control on hydraulic valves and components
Ensuring high performance, reliability and safety are our priorities. For this reason, the hydraulic valves and hydraulic components that we produce are subjected to strict quality and dimensional controls, according to high standards and with the help of the latest generation of control instruments calibrated according to the mandatory regulations on quality.
Control tools and techniques
To ensure the dimensional, structural and functional conformity of the products, we use a series of high-precision metrological tools:
- Digital altimeter: allows high-precision vertical measurements, essential to check dimensional tolerances.
- Profile projector: ideal for visual analysis and the comparison of geometric profiles, useful to check complex details and non-standard shapes.
- CMC (Coordinate Measuring Machine): guarantees extremely accurate three-dimensional control, detecting even minimal deviations from the CAD model.
- Durometer: used to measure the hardness of materials, it ensures that each component meets the mechanical requirements.
Sealing and pressure tests
In addition to dimensional and structural checks, each component is subjected to pressure-tightness tests of the passing fluids, simulating the actual operating conditions. This type of testing is essential to ensure the reliability and safety of our products in high-pressure environments.
Level quality
Each phase of the production process is traced and documented. The objective is to provide hydraulic valves and components that meet the highest quality standards, minimising the risk of defects and increasing the operating life of the systems in which they are installed.
